Many heroes are now disabled for life, suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury, PostTraumatic Stress Disorder, burns, blindness, loss of limbs ... it’s the high price of freedom, and they paid for us all. With your help, the VFW is there for them every step of the way. We help our heroes get the benefits they deserve ... transition to civilian life ... and live with dignity and honor. The VFW is also fighting for veterans on Capitol Hill, ensuring that promises made are promises kept! We’re also hard at work fighting any proposed cuts in veterans’ benefits.
