I would like to thank the WInGS for my finals’ treat bag! I enjoy and look forward to it every year. It is so encouraging to know I have a church family that supports and prays for me during some of the toughest and most challenging times of my life. Savannah Blackwell I would like to thank the WInGS for their kindness to college students. Thank you for thinking of me during my final exams. Your prayers are so welcomed and I definitely felt them. Thank you for all you do for us, the church and the community. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the church for recognizing me for 20 years of service as a Ministry Assistant. I feel very blessed to be able to work with a great staff and serve the Lord and His church with a wonderful church family. Thank you for the flowers and monetary gift. It is greatly appreciated. I have always said of working at the church, that I love coming to work every day. That statement was true 20 years ago and still is today. Thank you for your love and support. Beth Edmaiston Thanks for all the acts of love and kindness that was shown to us during Lennon’s recent illness and hospitalization. A special thank you to Pastor Justin, Connor and Van & Brenda Hazlewood for their hospital visits. All the calls, texts, visits, gifts and most of all the prayers were very much appreciated. We are so grateful and blessed to be a part of such a wonderful church family! Alex, Hailey & Lennon Taylor God has overwhelmed my soul this week with His love— His love for His church, His people and for those who need to know Him. Sunday, July 1 • 6:00-9:00 PM • Gloryland Farms Mark your calendar and make plans to join us for our 2nd Annual Red, White & Boom. For the second year, we will gather at Gloryland Farms in Martin for a night of food, fellowship and fireworks. The church will provide hamburgers, hotdogs and water and we are asking you to bring a side and/or dessert and serving pieces if need be. If bringing a cold dish, bring it in something to keep it cold until serving time. There will be games and inflatables for the kids, as well as opportunities to fish and paddleboat. Bring a chair and bring a friend, as we are planning for over 400 people again this year. A new event this year will be a BBQ contest. If you are interested in preparing a BBQ entry, sign up at the welcome center and pick up the rules guide.
