A bracket will be available with all game times posted. All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating. Play will begin at the game time posted on the bracket. For each minute a team is late after 5 minutes, the opponent will receive 1 run for every minute. If a team is more than 10 minutes late, the game will be forfeited. For example, if the game time is 11 am, and a team shows up at 11:07 am, the game will begin with a score of 2-0 in favor of the opponent. Game Length: Each game will last a total of 5 innings, or 30 minutes, whichever comes first. Playing additional innings will only break ties. Participants: Teams- Teams must have a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 20. Three of the participants must be female. All participants must be 18 years or older. All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation. Defense- Up to 10 defensive players are allowed on the field (including the pitcher), of which a minimum of three must be females. Offense- The entire roster may kick, as long as a consisted kicking order is maintained. The kicking lineup must alternate between males and females. For example, if a male kicks first, a female must kick second, then a different male followed by a different female. If a team has the minimum number of females and all have batted in an inning but a female is up to kick, the females should kick again. Teams suspected kicking “out of order” will be required to submit a kicking lineup. Pitching Rules: “Low and Slow”- A pitched ball must be rolled evenly at slow to moderate speeds along the ground. Spinning, bouncing, or fast speed is not allowed, and up to the call of the umpire. No Charging- The pitcher must remain at the pitching area until the ball is kicked. Kicking Rules: No Called Balls or Strikes: There will be no called balls or strikes. There will be no walks and no called strikeouts. Bunting- Is allowed. A bunt will be considered any kick that is not a full swing kick. There are only two bunts allowed per team per inning. Foul Balls- 2 foul balls in a single bat will be considered an out. Double Kick- A ball that is kicked twice (knee to foot, foot to shin, etc.) will be immediately ruled a foul ball. Fielding Rules: Outs- Defensive outs can be recorded in three ways, completing a force out, by catching a fly ball or by hitting any runner with the ball while off base, either by throwing or tagging the runner (shoulders or below). Runners who are hit above the shoulders will be considered safe. Base Line- Infielders must remain behind the infield base lines until the ball is kicked. Violations will result in a redo of the kick. Pitcher’s Hand- “Time” will be called when the ball is received by the pitcher in the vicinity of the pitcher’s mound. Runners may not advance further after the ball reaches the pitcher’s hand. Running Rules: No Leading off No Stealing No Sliding Tagging Up- Is allowed on caught, fair balls, but is not allowed on caught foul balls. Foul balls will be considered dead once a catch is made. rd Bonus Inning: The 3 inning of each game will be the bonus inning. A kickball will be replaced by a yoga ball and used by both teams throughout the entire inning. Runs scored in the bonus inning will be worth 2 points instead of 1.

Rules are subject to change; however, teams will be notified of any rule changes prior to the start of the tournament.
