e are so thankful that you have chosen to worship with us today. If you are visiting let me welcome you and ask that you please fill out a Connection card found in the pew and return it to an usher at some point today.
Please know that today you have been prayed for. Each of us have arrived today facing our own challenges, yet we stand on equal ground before the Lord this morning. What matters is not what has happened prior to today but what will happen in the next few moments together. I am grateful that each of us have the opportunity to respond to the Lord today. Whether we need to be saved, recommit our lives or be reassured of our hope, there is an opportunity to do so. The question is will you respond? Will you take the step to trust today? Will you believe God again and walk in faith today? That is what I have prayed for each of you today. May the Lord bless you and speak to your heart directly and may you leave this service eternally changed through the hope of Jesus Christ. For His Glory, Pastor Justin Hiens

LET THERE BE LIGHT—MOVIE This is the new movie from actor/director, Kevin Sorbo (Hercules). He plays an atheist, who through tragedy, comes to be a follower of God. The movie will play from now-November 2 at Cine Theater in Martin. Tickets can be purchased for $5.50 at the Welcome Center and redeemed for any show time.

WOMEN ON MISSION OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Collection Date • Sunday, November 12 Operation Christmas Child collects shoeboxes filled with gifts and delivers them to children in need around the world. Every shoebox gift is an opportunity for the Gospel. Be part of this worldwide effort to grow the Kingdom of God even in places where the Gospel has never been heard. Boxes (no charge) and brochures on how to pack your shoebox gift are at the Welcome Center. OCC requests a $9 donation for shipping each shoebox. If unable to do this, we are asking that you instead donate $5. Toothpaste and candy are not allowed in shoeboxes due to customs regulations!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Tuesday, October 31 • 3:00-5:00 PM • Downtown On October 31, we will be reaching out with the Love of Christ in downtown Union City. We have secured East Washington Street (in front of City Hall) where we will have inflatables, free candy and hot dogs for the hundreds of families who will be present. Sign up at the Welcome Center to help.
