The Personnel Committee at Beulah Baptist Association is currently taking resumes for Administrative Assistant. Applicant should be experienced in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, office management, data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher. Knowledge to make computer upgrades, maintain office equipment, familiar with social media, Southern Baptist beliefs and SBC activities would be a great asset as well as being familiar with Servant Keeper. Office hours are 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Thursday with an hour for lunch. Salary and compensation determined according to qualifications and experience. Pay based on 30 hr work week ( 28 hrs plus 2 additional hrs per week to compensate for time required to attend board meetings and extra events). Bring resumes to Beulah Baptist at 2126 W.
