Hon. Walter R. Stubbs, Governor, Topeka, Kan. My kind sir; Within the the preceeding ninety days our General Assembly will convene and owing to the pressure of Public opinion relative to such matters there will no doubt be several Bills Introduced contemplation the control and regulation of Stocks and Bonds, tho such as I am informed to be championed by the enemies of such legislation desiring the aid of our Voters League to force the enactment of a meritorious Bill modeled from your “Blue Sky Law” and believing your knowledge of the workings of the law better than any one else would kindly request you for a copy of same with advise as to any changes from the present Bill now in force in your state.
