In addition, career and professional development staff (or CPD) will visit Monroe, Beloit, the Advanced Manufacturing Training Center in Milton and the Center for Transportation Studies campuses to connect students and alumni with its services. CPD is a self-paced program moderated by BTC faculty and staff and community business leaders that emphasizes specialized training and experiences needed to enhance an employment search and develop skills with resume reviews and mock interviews, among other important job searching techniques.
