Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is 175zł and lasts 12 months from the date of registration, or renewal. As a member of The Little Gym you will receive discounts on Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Pro-shop goods and will be able to attend regular special events. You will also have priority enrolment in future programmes. Membership fees must be paid prior to enrolment and are non-refundable.

Class Observation Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes and camps from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in activities unless they are enrolled in that class or event.

Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or our team members during a class or a special event, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.

Safety, Comfort and Personal Belongings Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and drinks are not permitted inside the gym and all visitors are asked to remove shoes and boots when entering the building. The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care of valuables. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children inside the gym. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for overseeing the safe entry and exit of their children and while they are in the lobby.

Make-Up Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the term for which tuition has been paid, subject to the availability of spaces. Notification must be received prior to the class for you to be entitled to a make-up. Make-ups cannot be transferred to a sibling or another person, nor will a credit be offered for make-up classes not taken by the end of the Season.

Late Payments If payments are overdue for more than 14 calendar days the Family Membership will be terminated and all places in classes will be released. Re-enrolment, including a new Family Membership fee, will be required when re-joining.
