The Site fee must be paid in full no later than June 10th, 2016, but earlier payment is preferred. Your site will be assigned only after payment is received, so prompt payment will aid in placement. The Site fee is one day, June 26th. Vendors will provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, booth lighting, extension cords, display, ect. Your signage cannot be displayed outside your designated booth area. Quiet generators will be accepted. If your generated is deemed by event staff as being disruptive you must agree to immediately discontinue its use. INSURANCE: Neither Blue Eyed Daisies or Nipomo Creek Ranch will assume liability for any losses that you may incur. All vendors are solely responsible for maintaining their compliance with relevant state, local, and federal health regulations, codes, licenses, insurance, and taxes. The event does not offer nor provide individual vendor insurance coverage. SALES TAX: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax Approved Applicants must sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY before occupying a booth space. Conduct: Respectful cooperation with local authorities is mandatory. (I.e. State, County, and City Employees, Event Staff and Volunteers). You are required to conduct yourself in a safe, courteous and professional manner. If you should have an issue with the event or a fellow vendor, please bring the matter to our attention so that we may attempt to remedy the situation. Unprofessional conduct that may be detrimental to the event including derogatory comments made to patrons or other vendors regarding the event, its staff, promoters and or sponsors are grounds for your removal from the event. Set up must be complete by 8:30 am on June 26th, 2016. NO early PACK UP - All vendors must remain for the duration of the event. When the event is officially over, break down your display and pack up your booth before bringing your vehicle inside the event. You must be completely packed up no later than 5:30pm on June 26th, 2016. If Vendor fails to leave site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all clean up and other costs incurred. The Site is subject to final determination by Blue Eyed Daisies and non-transferable. Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Eyed Daisies its owners, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event. A CA sales tax identification number (or acceptable equivalent) is required. Any disputes arising pursuant to this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the State of California and heard by the state or federal court having jurisdiction over San Luis Obispo, CA. Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event and the Nipomo Creek Ranch Venue, as may be effect from time to time. Blue Eyed Daisies does not permit gifts, cash, goods or services to be given to anyone involved with the event in exchange for special treatment, favors, or conditions. All applications are subject to verification of the provided information. Vendor space is limited.

[email protected]. Your completed application should be mailed to Blue Eyed Daisies, at 1130 E Clark Ave, STE 150 #139, Orcutt, CA 93455. Please include the applicable site fee, sales tax information and proof of insurance (if applicable). The fee may be paid by only check or credit card. If you use your credit card, you will be subject to the applicable service charge (2.75%) and should provide card information below. Upon acceptance of the application, we shall have an agreement. Thereafter, a confirmation & other information will be provided to you. If Vendor cancels the agreement no less than thirty days prior to the event, Vendor shall pay an administrative fee of $50 and be refunded the balance of monies paid. All monies shall be due by and there shall be no refunds as of June 10th, 2016. Blue Eyed Daisies reserves the right to deny access to the event if the applicant fails to provide accurate information and everything requested herein, or for other reasonable cause.
