To receive member pricing, you must be current with your Chamber dues. Your booth will not be reserved until both membership & booth fees are paid in full.

and are in addition to the 2014 Membership dues. Do not select an Expo Booth from Section 1 if you are purchasing a package in this section. Please review and subtotal Section 2.

Saturday, January 25, 2014 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Becker High School Field House

Expo registration fee includes: 10’x10’ booth, 8’ table with up to 2 chairs, tablecloth & skirting, 8’ fully draped backdrop, 3’ fully draped sides, advertising for the Expo. Set up: 5:30-8:00 pm Friday, January 24th & 7:00-9:30 am Saturday, January 25th. Clean up: 2:00-3:00 pm Saturday, January 25th. Please remove all garbage from your booth.

Rules & Regulations: 

The Becker Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to limit Non-Chamber vendors with identical products. Non-Chamber vendors with identical products will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.



One business per booth allowed - no sharing of booths!



If additional space is needed, you must purchase an additional booth(s).



Products may be sold at the Expo within acceptable guidelines determined by the Becker Area Chamber of Commerce. The Becker Area Chamber of Commerce must be aware of any products for sale and retain sole determination to grant or deny approval to any vendor. Product Sales Fee is $25.



Electrical spaces are available at an extra cost of $20 and are limited. They will be furnished according to dates that applications are received. You will need to provide your own extension cords. One outlet will be provided.



Premier booths are located at the end of each row (End Cap). Space is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.



Uncovered containers (coffee cups, pop cans or glass containers) are not allowed. According to the Becker High School Field House policy, neither Food nor Beverage will be allowed in the facility. Tarps will be laid on the floor in the Food Court Area to allow for the service of food and beverages on January 25, 2014.



Following the completion of your registration form & payment, a confirmation letter & map will be mailed.

Important Dates: 

Booth location change requests will not be accepted after January 3, 2014



Cancellations after January 10, 2014 will incur a cancellation fee of ½ of the booth fee.



Your FREE advertisement flyers must be in the Chamber Office no later than January 17, 2014 to be included in the Vendor Packets. Packets will be given to every participating vendor.

Full payment must accompany the registration form. Make checks payable to Becker Area Chamber of Commerce, and mail to PO Box 313, Becker, MN 55308.
