2015 Janus Aspen Series Estimated Per Share Distribution Amounts The Janus Aspen Series preliminary year-end distribution estimates are shown on the following pages. The distribution for all funds with the exception of Janus Aspen Global Allocation Portfolio – Moderate will be paid on December 7, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 4, 2015. The Janus Aspen Global Allocation Portfolio – Moderate distribution will be paid on December 29, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2015. Please note that these estimates were prepared using income amounts through October 31, 2015. These estimates may change prior to the record date due to changes in the amount of income earned by the portfolios and changes in the total number of shares outstanding.
