    Novice   Forward  Roll,  Forward  Roll,  Straddle  Roll,  Straddle  Roll,  Cartwheel,  Cartwheel,   Sugar  Bowl,  Ta  Da!  (May  use  panel  mat  for  cartwheel,  without  deduction.)   Beginners     1st  Pass:  Forward  Roll,  Forward  Roll  Step-­‐Out,  Cartwheel,  Cartwheel,  Lay  Flat,  Push   Up  Back  Bend  (Hold  3  Sec.),  Lay  Flat,  Candle  Stick  Roll  To  Stretch  Jump   2nd  Pass:  Straddle  Roll,  Straddle  Roll,  Handstand  Step  Down,  Scale  (any  scale,  must   hold  2  sec.)   Intermediate   1st  Pass:  Forward  Roll  Step-­‐out,  Handstand  Forward  Roll  Step-­‐out,  Cartwheel,  1-­‐arm   Cartwheel,  Standing  Backbend  (Hold  3  Sec.),  Lay  Flat,  Candle  Stick  Roll  To  Stretch   Jump   2nd  Pass:  Dive  Roll,  Power  Hurdle  Round  Off,  Backward  Roll,  Backward  Roll,  Scale   (any  scale,  must  hold  2  sec.)   Advanced   1st  Pass:  Dive  Roll  Step-­‐out,  Cartwheel,  1-­‐arm  Cartwheel,  Round  Off,  Backward  Pike   Roll   2nd  Pass:  Front  Limber,  Cartwheel,  Backward  Roll  Step-­‐Out,  Back  Walkover,  Back   Walkover,  Backward  Roll  Step-­‐out,  Stretch  Jump,  Split  Jump,  Splits   Prep  Optional   1st  Pass:  Running  Round  Off  Back  Handspring  Rebound   2nd  Pass:  Front  Walkover,  1-­‐arm  Cartwheel,  Back  Walkover,  Back  Walkover,  Back   Extension  Roll   3rd  Pass:  Running  Front  Walkover,  Front  Walkover,  Round  Off,  Split  Leap,  Step  Hop,   Splits  (any  side  or  center  for  2  sec.)   Optional  A   Must  be  at  least  three  passes,  using  back  and  front  tumbling.   Must  be  able  to  do  round  off  back-­‐handspring.   Must  have  an  aerial  in  routine  (no  back/front  tucks  allowed  in  Optional  A).   Must  have  at  least  one  leap  or  jump   Must  have  a  scale.   Must  have  at  least  10  skills.   Optional  B    Must  be  at  least  three  passes,  using  back  and  front  tumbling.   Must  be  able  to  do  round  off  two  back-­‐handsprings  as  one  of  the  three  passes.   Must  have  at  least  one  back  or  front  salto.   Must  have  a  leap  pass  (two  skills,  directly  or  indirectly  connected).   Must  have  a  scale.   Must  have  at  least  12  skills.
