2017: A Year Like No Other As we wrap up 2017, we can honestly look back and say it was a year like no other. The first six months were spent planning, preparing, praying, purging, and packing for our June move. The second half of the year was a time of great growth and challenge as we were adapting, serving, learning, building, hosting, and moving from the Pillatre campus to the Field Director’s house. We look back in awe at all God has accomplished…

14 teams traveled 75 employees supported their families 15 families are in a new home The Field Director house is completed 80,000 blocks were made We transitioned to full time mission work A youth service was started at Pillatre A successful fundraising banquet took place

2018 promises to have some very exciting firsts! Will you pray for us as we embark on the following? *partnership with Haitian Christian Ministries on the construction of a multipurpose building/medical clinic at the church in Lory *8-10 houses scheduled thus far *partnership with Caribbean Baptist Mission on the construction of a school campus *retail block sales partnerships *completion of security wall around future dormitory and Assistant Field Director house property *continued partnership and development of youth programs at Pillatre Chrisitan Church *implementation of more in-depth Bible study with employees

*completion of WHH office space As you look back over 2017 and into 2018, would you consider partnering with us as we work to share the love of Christ with those in Northern Haiti? Our greatest need at this time is monthly sponsorship. Monthly support provides salaries, lunch, education, and medical care to our employees. Monthly support keeps the machines, vehicles, and other ministry operations running well. 

$50/month provides lunch for the work crew for a day

$100/month supports one employee for a month

$250/month provides maintenance on our 15 engines for a month

$500/month provides salary for one of our Haitian leaders

$1000/month provides lunch for the crew for the whole month

Would you consider helping to provide a home for a Haitian family? This is the core of our ministry and we want to increase the number of houses we build in 2018. It is a great opportunity for a family, small group, Sunday school class, or church to experience missions in a very hands on way. We know that the coming months will be full of things we have not yet faced and things that will continue to stretch us. And yet they will be full of joys, celebrations, and growth for us personally and for the ministry as well. We can’t express how much your support, prayers, and partnership mean to us, to those who work for us, and to those we serve. God takes our smallest efforts and maximizes them to benefit his people for his glory. Finally, we want you to know that along with your end of the year receipts, you may receive information and material from Lifesong regarding other ministries they serve. This policy will change and you won’t receive that in the future! God bless you in 2018!
