2017 Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Nomination Form The Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce will be presenting three awards at the Annual Meeting. This is a much anticipated part of the meeting. We welcome your nominations for any or all of these awards. Please use this form to nominate those businesses / individuals. All nominees MUST be members of the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce. The awards and the criteria for nomination are: Emerging Business This category is for a business that has moved or been established in the Hilliard area within the past five years. The business must show a consistent pattern of growth. Established Business The Established Business has been doing business in the Hilliard area for at least five years and is both innovative and civic minded. Most Involved Volunteer This chamber member believes in the role of the chamber both personally and professionally. They not only work behind the scenes, but will also step up to volunteer for different activities. Please indicate your nominees by completing the form and returning it by mail or fax by February 13, 2017 to: Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce 4081 Main St. Hilliard, OH 43026 Fax number: (614) 876-3113 The Annual Meeting will be held at Heritage Golf Club on Friday, March 10 from 11:30 1:30.
