2018-19 VALEO ACADEMY K4 SUPPLY LIST 1 Backpack (labeled with child’s name) 1 Lunch box (labeled with child’s name) 1 Art smock (adult, long sleeve, large button-down shirt labeled with child’s name) 1 Set of Velcro gym shoes (labeled with child’s name) 1 Red plastic pocket folder 1 Orange plastic pocket folder 1 Emergency pack of clothing (2 of each-shirt, bottom, pair of underwear, pair of socks) 1 Picture of your child to place on the classroom timeline On a daily basis, each child will need to bring: 1 Healthy morning snack (labeled with child’s name & “AM snack”) 1 Filled water bottle (labeled with child’s name) Children who are on a full day schedule will need: Daily lunch 1 Healthy afternoon snack (labeled with child’s name & “PM snack”) Nap blanket and (if desired) a stuffed animal- these will stay at school and be sent home on a regular cleaning schedule. Please note: Extended Care children will need an additional daily healthy snack (labeled with child’s name & “Extended Care Snack”)

Please bring in all supplies on the first day of school.
