Leadership Hernando OVERVIEW Leadership Hernando, the largest community leadership program in Hernando County, creates opportunities to observe, interact and learn from public, private and civic leaders across the county. AUDIENCE Twenty-five (25) participants are selected annually to complete twelve (12) all day sessions. To date, Leadership Hernando has graduated over 550 Leaders!
Teen Leadership Hernando OVERVIEW Teen Leadership Hernando mimics the Leadership Hernando program for eighth graders in Hernando County. The program provides teens an opportunity to observe, interact and learn from public, private and civic leaders across the county while considering careers. AUDIENCE Twenty-five (25) students are selected from an application process annually to complete twelve (12) all day sessions.
