BSG Ministries “2018 Vision Statement” Friday, December 1, 2017 VISION 2018 Today is a day for people who are purely optimistic and sincerely real.

Our review: 2015 VISION THEME - OUR YEAR OF VICTORY AND FAVOR! KEY SCRIPTURE: Psalms 41:11 - By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.  We not only have the solution, we are the solution and, We shall be called THE SOLUTION!

2016 VISION THEME - OUR YEAR OF UNLIMITED PROVISION Where winning is our standard and victory is our result! KEY SCRIPTURE: 2nd Corinthians 2:14 - Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. GOALS: Were to embrace a culture of grace, service, and care:  Acknowledge and regard the learning curve of those you serve with!

2017 VISION THEME IS OUR YEAR OF ACCELERATION Isaiah 58:8  Thy light - break forth  Thy health - spring forth  They righteousness - shall go before thee Look for your blessing to come:  Faster than you think,  More than you can handle  Greater than you expected! The Chief Principle 2017: Having a foundation, is more important than discovering the world!  Place a high value on having a church home!  This is the year to stop being a visitor in your own home! 2017 PROPHETIC WORD leads us into 2018 with this message; Your success is design for where God places you.

2018 WILL BE A YEAR OF SERVANT THINKERS There’s a difference between being a servant and giving service. • Service thinkers get the task done • Servant thinkers get all the work done • Effective people don't make excuses, they just get the job done! 2018 WILL BE A YEAR OF EFFECTIVE MINISTRY! Ministry Goals and Ministry Methods: • Meaningful - full of purpose • Exciting - having capturing with drawing power • Unpredictable - full of elements of surprise • Unique- unusually exceptional • Entertaining - engaging and mentally pleasurable without being surface • Educational - insightful and thought provoking in principle • Deeply Spiritual - completely introspective, inspirational and full of God • Adaptable - easily able to associate and assimilate • Complete with Good News- The purpose of the Gospel is to make a culture shift towards GOD! • Motivational: Developing an atmospheric standard that chases after God! • Enjoyable: Ministry should be a beacon of life fun! Don't be afraid of the work because MOMENTUM always starts out with a grind! Our 2018 Theme Texts are as follows: ISAIAH 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: JOSHUA 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. 9 Have not I commanded thee? This is our year of FAMILY SUCCESS! Prophetically, We will enjoy our greatest time of Corporate Effectiveness in 2018! • The past years of work will not be in vain! • The way we you've learned to respect yourself and respect others demonstrates how seasoned you are as you integrate for success. Give Honor and Recognition to people who helped you grow. • In self awareness/wisdom • In business/professionalism • In wisdom/family and life • In your spiritual walk

Our Key Stance, WE ARE TO LIVE LIKE WE ARE THE OFFSPRING OF CHRIST! • If Christ cannot be a part of our resolve, then that resolve should not be a part of our choices. 9/27/17 SYNERGY CREATES CHEMISTRY, AND CHEMISTRY MAKES CULTURE! My plea to you is, don't settle for only a piece of your possibility. • Getting better together, • Seeing further than ever,  A year of reaching beyond former limitations,  A year of extraordinary communicating, we will touch the world around us, • A year of unusual spiritual awakenings! • This is the year where God raises us to guide systems within the kingdom that we have to live with, • God will make our name great! Be Family, Not Just Familiar! Family is serious about keeping the PEACE! Isaiah 26:12, Psalms 119:165 • I speak PEACE, to everyone who lives a life of declaring WAR! • The blessing is on the PEACEMAKER! Matthew 5:9 • The peacemakers are those who bring calm while they are situated between opposing opinions. In 2018, you will master your Invisible Complexity! This year, just because you are Rivaled, it won't make you Unraveled! • Yet while being stretched, it will not pull you apart! This is the day, where believers learn how to Ride the Wind! • Surrendering to God, is the only way we learn how to fly! John 3:8 2018 PROPHETIC WORD: This will be a Year of ministry Grand Crossings: • We will have series of Evangelistic meetings and opportunities that are geared towards soul winning and kingdom building! • Preachers get your evangelistic messages together because those are the ones that we will be using in 2018! • We will not need you to primarily correct people, but we will need you to primarily evangelize the lost! This will be a Year of ministry Grand Crossings: (CONTINUED) • For Music and C/Ed in 2018 we will experience divinely timed music and message synergy! • 2018 will be a year of doing great things that are sensitive to the atmosphere we are ministering in. • Everything done should include a search for GOD's will as motivation for it! • Ministers, people will not receive revelation from or through you when; they look at you through eyes of commonality and not expectancy! • Your Purpose has no limitations, it just has fulfillment!

ALLOW YOUR DEDICATION TO EXPOSE YOUR IDENTITY! WE ARE ABOUT TO CROSS OVER INTO EXPERIENCING A NEW ENVIRONMENT OF MINISTERIAL SUCCESS! This is our year of Universal Family Fitness! F= Faithfulness plus I= Integrity equals T= Triumph Individually FIT: Value the treasure of God placed inside of you!  You will always be blessed if you embrace and marry the Private Success that GOD gives you, to bring out your Public Outcomes!  Manage how you handle the past, don't try to take care of the past! Socially FIT:  Developing relationships by tapping into the family body with purpose driven motives!  Embracing a paradigm shift into a expanding corporate view of our family.  One key to family is learning to celebrate people in their strengths, knowing that we might have to restore them in their weaknesses. Your atmosphere looks like your ability to share success with others! Spiritually FIT: • Gifted people get ready to develop and use your gifts in a way that you never have. • Release is coming to those that are FIT for use! • SOMETIMES TO MOVE US FORWARD SO THAT WE WOULD STOP HESITATING, GOD WILL REMOVE OPTIONS FROM OUR OPPORTUNITIES! God has invested too much in me, for me not to totally take my life seriously! FIT living Some of our challenge when we reach a point in leadership and achievement that we begin to wind down and coast in our success. It's called getting ready for our LANDING! • Key, you have to take off, or you don't get to coast! • Momentum begins with a grind! • The only way we soar, is when none of us coast when we should be grinding together, it is there growth and achievement is attainable. FIT giving: A commentary on living sacrifice and reasonable service; • You cannot expect to be continually accommodated for contributions you made in the past that were not life-changing. The heart of a lifestyle giver is that contributing is something you do, to keep pace with how you are presently blessed, and/or how you expect to be blessed.

FIT sharing  Have clear and distinct team parameters!  If it is beneath people to personally serve with you then it is beyond them to publicly reap with you. F= Faithfulness plus I= Integrity equals T= Triumph Look for it, The Outpouring is Coming, This will be the year, where the Avalanche of Blessings overtake us!

Triedstone Is The Place Where Stones Live! Isaiah 28:16 I will pour My spirit: Isaiah 44:3 - For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, As water brings life to dry ground, so the Lord’s Spirit will bring new life to His people! And my blessing upon thine offspring: Your offspring will flourish!  Do well, boom, be healthy, grow freely, thrive, increase, prosper YOUR BLESSINGS ARE COMING AS AN AVALANCHE! A sudden great or overwhelming rush of something!  Only God can stop it! Live like you owe God Serve like you need God Praise like you can't get enough of God Praising God all year long, is the way that I will work on changing my endings. Page 8 of 8
