Registration for 2019-2020 School Year

Monthly tuition rates 2019-2020 School Year:

Instructions for Registration: 1. Fill out the Ark Children's Center Enrollment Form. In order to register for a particular class, your child’s birthdate must fall between the dates listed below: Infant (available MWF, TTH & M-F)

6 months of age by 1st day of attendance

Pre-K2 (available MWF, TTH & M-F)

9/1/16-8/31/17

Pre-K3 (available MWF, TTH & M-F)

9/1/15-8/31/16

Pre-K4 (available MWF & M-F)

9/1/14-8/31/15

Kindergarten Bridge (M-F only)

9/1/13-8/31/14

2. Include non-refundable registration & supply fee with the Enrollment Form. • $160 Registration Fee • $ 35 Supply fee (can be paid in August with 1st month’s tuition) 3. Turn in signed Tuition Agreement.

In August… 4. Turn in new Doctor’s Statement (Form 1515). 5. Turn in updated immunization records. 6. First month’s tuition payment due. Include $35 supply fee if not paid with registration fee.

We anticipate every currently enrolled child will receive their choice of classes. Should your chosen class be filled to capacity, you will be notified a.s.a.p. and placed on a waiting list.
