Guidelines for Team & Single's Entry & Tournament Play 1.

All players must be 21 years of age and have played together on the same team in a sanctioned league. Each player must have played a minimum of 8 weeks on one team at time of entry. All players must have picture I.D. with them at the tournament. A team may use up to six regular players for the state tournament (all from same team), knowing that the team will be classed by the statistics of the five best players. Teams competing in team tournament must have 3 original memebrs and subs must come from same league. TEAMS MAY ONLY HAVE ONE PLAYER ABOVE YOUR DIVISION Tournament director and/or committee reserves the right to rule on cases on extenuating circumstances. No team will be allowed to change your line up after a match has started. Any team forfeiting a game for any reason during tournament played will be dropped from tournament. Round Robin matches will be re-scored accordingly. Double elimination will forfeit remaining matches. Players on that team will be restricted from playing the following years tournament. Any players/teams expelled from the tournament for any reason will not be eligible for any refunds or prize money. All players on that team will be restricted from playing in the following years tournament. Team captains are in charge of registration. Any team caught using an illegal player will forfeit all matches. NO EXCEPTIONS!
