COLLEGE ADMISSIONS JUNE 4-6 1111/1112 $125 BOOT CAMP 1 - 4 PM Offered by: Dr. Mildred Similton Ages: High School (min. 10 participants / max. 20 participants) This camp is designed for rising juniors and seniors to prepare for and do some of the work involved in the college application process. Students will learn more about how to approach the college selection process, research colleges, finalize their resumes, and much more. DIVERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL 9AM - 12 PM 3114 None (Spanish Immersion Camp) Offered by: Lourdes and Yolanda Rojas Ages: Open to students entering Spanish Immersion Kindergarten LITERACY CAMP 9AM - 12PM 2227 $180 Offered by: Lori Cheuvront Ages: K5-5th grade We will develop, stretch, and apply literacy skills as we discover the world around us. Student strengths and challenges will be assessed the first day to guide individualized strategy instruction. Student interests will drive the camp to maximize growth and enthusiasm. WRITING CAMP 9AM - 12PM 2209 $180 Offered by: Gillian Huneycutt Ages: Rising 4th-8th graders We will focus on the process, structure, organization, grammar, vocabulary, creativity, and ownership of our writing. CROSS COUNTRY CAMP 9AM - 12PM Athl. Complex $75 Offered by: Elizabeth Hamilton & Andrew Stover Ages: Boys & girls, rising 2nd grade - 8th grade (min. attendance 10) Camp participants will learn the basics of cross country.
