“AP Exam Registration for Regular Testing is open with Late Fee and the deadline for the payment and AP Exam Registration is 10 March 2020, 11:59 PM IST. Students may register only for AP Regular Testing to be held between 04 May and 15 May 2020. Seats are available for all AP Exam Regular Testing” Dear Students, Please find below the stepwise procedure for the registration of AP Exam-2020:
Step-1 Eligibility Criteria: Student must be born after May 31, 1999, i.e., be under 21 years of age to take any AP Exams in May 2020 and be able to produce valid ID & address proof. Student cannot take 2 exams scheduled at the same time during the Regular AP Exam testing period. Schedule for AP Exam 2020 is enclosed with this e-mail. Step-2 My AP College Board Account: Student must have a College Board account to register for AP Exams online through the new My AP system. Step-3 AP Exam Fee and Payment Instructions: After the AP Exam registration closing date (i.e. 11 November 2019) Late Fee of Rs. 4,500/per AP Exam will be charged in addition to Exam Fee of Rs.12,500/-. Refer below the example for AP Exam Fee calculation with late fee: 1. For registering 01 AP Exam: (Rs. 12,500/- + Rs. 4,500/-) = Rs. 17,000/2. For registering 02 AP Exams: (Rs. 12,500/- + Rs. 4,500/-) X 2 = Rs. 34,000/3. For registering 05 AP Exams: (Rs. 12,500/- + Rs 4,500/-) X 5 = Rs. 85,000/AP Exam Fee payment has to be made as per following payment instructions:

Step-4 Students have to email the following details at
[email protected]: 1. Contact Details: Student’s Name: Address: Mobile No.: Email: Father’s/Mother’s/Guardian’s Mobile No.: 2. List the AP Exams (Subjects) wish to register 3. Payment Details: Date of Payment Amount (INR) Mode of Payment Name of the Bank Bank Account Holder’s Name UTR Code/Payment ref. No. (DD Number if paid by DD) After the verification of the provided details AP Exam Center shall provide the join code(s) of the subject(s) selected by the student for the enrolment of AP exam(s) through a revert email. Students have to complete the online AP Exam Registration in My AP account through the provided join code. AP Exam-2020 registration shall not be final until student completes online registration and pays the exam fee to the test center. After the successful registration of the AP Exam(s), Center will provide the Admission Ticket for the same on students registered e-mail. Page 2 of 3
Refund Policy: Full fee refund shall be made in case of cancellation of AP Exam is reported on or before 11 November 2019 through e-mail at
[email protected]. Refund cheque may be collected from the school’s reception at Alliance World School, C54A, Sector-56, Noida after 30 November 2019 between 11:00 Hours and 15:00 Hours on working days. No fee will be refunded for no-shows or cancellations of registration after 11 November 2019.
