God, You know our hearts, you hear our prayers, and care about all that concerns us. You understand the burden we carry and how we want, more than anything, to see our loved ones come to you. Help us to remember that you love them more than we ever could. And you desire to extend your love and forgiveness, your mercy and hope. I pray for this Fall season at The Ridge Community Church and the new people who will come to each of our campuses (Greenfield, Oak Creek and Online). We pray for the invites that were sent out and ask that you soften hearts and give us favor in the lives of those who have received them. We know that only You can draw people’s hearts toward You. Thank you that you wait, arms open, for the prodigal to return, that you look for their arrival to lavishly celebrate that they’ve come home. Thank you that you never give up on us.

SILENT REFLECTION Reflect on Matthew 16:18 and Psalm 90:17 for a moment before moving immediately into prayer. PRAYER STARTER: God, I thank you for who You are! I thank You that You are the one building Your church. I thank you that you allow people like me to be used by You to be part of what You are doing in the world around me. God I pray that You will continue to use us as your “called out ones” to advance Your mission in this area. Help us make the most of the time we have been given here on earth.
