CME-CE-SAM Physicians earn up to 18.75 CME and 8 SAM Technologists earn up to 18.75 CE Learning Objectives 1. Summarize the current scientific debate and variations in recommendation for breast cancer screening with mammography. 2. Define the role of risk assessment and tailored screening paradigms to improve breast cancer screening outcomes. 3. Describe newer modalities for breast imaging, including supplements to mammography, with a focus on accuracy of interpretation, along with discussing most up-to-date concepts regarding breast density assessment. 4. Recognize different practice patterns, metrics, and challenges pertaining to varying breast imaging practices across the country. 5. Explain how other practices organize and administer breast imaging practices at the local level, while contributing to establishing overall practice guidelines at the national level that meet local needs. 6. Identify barriers in access for breast imaging care to develop strategies for improved service lines. Accreditation Information Physician Accreditation Statement This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The American College of Radiology and The Society of Breast Imaging. The American College of Radiology is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physician Credit Designation The American College of Radiology designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Technologist Accreditation Statement The American College of Radiology (ACR) is approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism (RCEEM) to sponsor and/or review Continuing Education programs for Radiologic Technologists and Radiation Therapists. Technologist Credit Designation The American College of Radiology designates this educational activity as meeting the criteria for up to 18.75 Category A Credit hours of the ARRT.

Instructions to Receive Credit – Physician In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the live virtual meeting, complete an activity evaluation and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity. CME and SAM credit claiming will be done entirely online within the conference platform. Attendees will select the CME/CE/CoP tile and the SAM tile on the main meeting page and complete the evaluations to claim credit. Certificates can be downloaded and printed. Credit must be claimed within 30 days of the meeting dates, no later than Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Instructions to Receive Credit - Radiologic Technologists and Radiation Therapists In order to successfully complete the activity, participants must attend the live virtual meeting, complete an activity evaluation and claim credit commensurate with their participation in the activity. Radiologic Technologists and Radiation Therapists must validate live attendance for the entire duration of a session; no partial credit will be given. In accordance with ARRT attendance requirements, SBI will provide live attendance validation for technologists. CE claiming will be done entirely online within the conference platform. Attendees will select the CME/CE/CoP tile on the main meeting page and complete the evaluations to claim credit. Certificates can be downloaded and printed. Credit must be claimed within 30 days of the meeting dates, no later than Tuesday, May 11, 2021. SAM Sessions The Self-Assessment Module (SAM) activities for the general sessions will be completed online on your own time. The SAM quizzes are available in the SAM tile on the main meeting page. You must complete the SAM quiz activity in order to receive SAM credit. Credit must be claimed within 30 days of the meeting dates, no later than Tuesday, May 11, 2021. SAM Statement Qualified on April 1, 2021, this activity meets the American Board of Radiology’s criteria for selfassessment (SAM) activity and is designated for up to 8 SAM credits toward the ABR Maintenance of Certification program.
