VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL This week is our Magnified VBS. Monday through Thursday from 6:30 to 8:45pm! A free dinner will be provided to registered children (4 years to 6th grade) and their families starting at 5:45 each night. Children younger than 4 may attend with a parent. Registration forms available at the information desk or in children’s church.

MARRIAGE GETAWAY RETREATS Deadline for SUMMER retreat is today! Summer - July 13-15 at Grace Evangelical Church Friday – 6-9pm with dinner provided; Saturday – 11am-3pm with lunch provided; Sunday – 6-8pm with dinner provided; ♥Free♥ with childcare provided; Fall - October 1-5 at Still Waters Resort in Branson MO Cost $485 per couple (includes the Branson Belle and Sampson); Does not include – transportation, other meals, activities; Register with $200 deposit by July 22. 4th OF JULY CELEBRATION Sunday evening, July 1st, you are invited to Camp Farwesta to celebrate our independence with your Grace church family. Dinner starts at 5:00pm followed by games (provided by Grace) and kayaking, (bring your kayak and life vests) swimming, (we have lifeguards) fishing, (bring your pole and bait) entertainment (bring your lawn chairs).

VETERANS DAY OF HONOR All veterans are encouraged to sign up at the information desk to join us for a special event to honor veterans. The event will be at Grace Evangelical Church on Sunday, July 29th at 2:30pm. We will show a video of the war memorials in Washington DC and you will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for Service. You may bring as many family members as you wish to the presentation.

We will have a meeting TODAY at 5:00pm in room 206. Come join us and see what we have planned for the next community outreach event.

(Over 50 crowd) In July we will meet on Monday, July 2nd at 6:00pm for our usual potluck dinner, bring a side or dessert to share as we spend an evening with Pastor Bill Robertson and his wife Brenda in the chapel. Pastor Bill was on staff at Grace for many years, and together, they cultivated a wonderful legacy of compassion and encouragement. MSG continues today because of their vision for fellowship among older Christian adults. Even if you have not met them, you'll be blessed.

SUNDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER TONIGHT, we will be showing the animated movie, “Joseph, King of Dreams” at 6:00pm in the chapel. This timeless treasure features memorable songs, sparkling animation, and storytelling at its best. Plan to attend and bring your kids and grandkids, invite your friends and neighbors, we will get the popcorn-maker going!

MISSIONS TRIPS ⁘Juarez, Mexico – August 19 – 25 $700 You can still sign up for this trip! Scott Jackson will be leading the trip to build a home for Pastor Pepe and his family that are supported through Servant Senders by Grace. Passport required! ⁘La Monte, Missouri – August 27-30 $70. Pay Pastor Dave or at the information desk. Make checks payable to Grace and memo Show Me Mission Trip. Deadline for payment is July 1st. ⁘Puttur, India – December 26, 2018 to January 6, 2019. MOONLIGHT 5K RUN/WALK Come out to the Maple Leaf Parkway on Friday, August 3rd at 9:00pm and run, or walk, for a benefit to help Catholic Charities, Mom’s Empowerment Program. This program helps families become self-sufficient and learn how to support their family by developing a plan for their future. We have corporate sponsor sheets at the information desk if you would like to help with this event and see your name on our t-shirt. If you would like to run, grab a race brochure, fill it out and return to the information desk or in the offering with your money.

REPURPOSED (over 40 singles) ⁘It’s that time again, a picnic at Spanky’s! On Saturday, July 21st, you are invited to Mike Dragoo’s “shed” for a picnic. Meat, beverages and desserts provided. Sign up at the kiosk, and let us know if you can bring salads, vegetables or chips/snacks. Direction are at the kiosk. Picnic begins at 4:30pm. ⁘Sign up has begun for the 4th Annual RePurposed Single’s Retreat, September 30th to October 2nd. This year, we are returning to the beautiful Lied Lodge & Conference Center in Nebraska City, NE. Our theme is “Open Doors”. Only 40 open reservations, sign up soon. GRACE SCHOLARSHIPS Any student who attends Grace and is enrolled in an accredited college/university is welcome to apply for this scholarship. Applications may be picked up at the information desk. Applications for the fall 2018 semester must be submitted to the church office by July 15th. Scholarships are awarded as funds are available. This program is supported through Sunday School offerings, memorial gifts, and designated offerings. To give to this program, please mark your contribution, Scholarship Fund.
