Roosters and Cover 5 Madness in March-2014 -Everyone will receive a $2 Roosters Buck at the conclusion of the contest just for registering to play.*

Prizes -March 20-23, each day, the person with the top score from each league (4 winners daily) will be the winner of a $50 Roosters Gift Card. -On Sunday March 23rd the person with the most OVERALL points, (combination of all 4 days points), will receive a $100 Roosters Gift Card. Roosters/Cover 5 Madness in March Rules/Information For Guests: 1. Join 1 (or more!!!) of the 4 "Roosters Leagues” at (http://www.cover5.com) 2. You will need to register in order to be able to join a Roosters League. 3. Enter your Member Information: Register with your First Name, Last Name, email address and Password. An email will be sent to you for confirmation. 4. After you log in, you can view the Cover 5 “How to Play” Video by clicking on the Cover 5 logo in the top left hand corner of your screen which will direct you to their homepage with the video. 5. To join a Roosters League you can click on the links posted at www.roosterswings.com under the DOUBLE THE MADNESS promo page, or you can click Join a League and then choose a Roosters league. 6. You will then pick 5 teams on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the opening weekend of March Madness. You earn points when your picks beat the spread, and lose points when they don’t. Join any one of our four leagues for your chance to win a $50 Roosters Gift Card. A Winner will be chosen from each League everyday, and you’ll receive a $2 off Roosters Buck at the conclusion of the contest just for registering to play!!! *You must have a minimum of 5 games picked in order to play. Your daily picks must be entered before there are less than 5 games to pick from. Good luck!!!

Tie-breakers will be determined in the following order: For Daily Winners: If there is a tie on March 20th the next day’s total points will be used as the tie-breaker, followed by the next, etc. If there is a tie on March 23rd: -All those participants’ names will be put in a hat and winners will be determined in the order the names are drawn. Overall Contest Winner: If there is a tie for the Overall Point Scored Contest Winner it will default to the contestant: -Winner who scored the most points March 20th. (If one of the winners did not participate on the 20th then the prize will be awarded to the winner who did participate on the 20th. If it’s still tied after that, the next day’s total points will be used as the tie-breaker, followed by the next, etc. (see example below): - Winner who scored the most points March 21st. If it’s still tied after that: - Winner who scored the most points March 22nd. If it’s still tied after that: -All those participants’ names will be put in a hat and winners will be determined in the order the names are drawn.

* Each registrant (one per email account) will earn a $2 Roosters Buck. These will be sent to you via email at the address used at the time of registration following the conclusion of the tournament. Each registrant automatically becomes a member of The Flock. You can opt out of The Flock at any time.

Contest Rules -The contest is being administered by cover5.com. By participating, you are agreeing to their terms of use. Personal information will not be sold to any third parties, nor will such information be added to bulk email lists. After registering, if you do not want your email address to be listed in the standings, you must edit your profile and select “don’t show” for the email address category. -Roosters Inc. or cover5.com cannot be responsible for a person’s inability to complete the required entry whether due to equipment malfunction, internet systems, connections or transmission errors. -Contest void where prohibited. -The person who enters to win/claim any prize and the person redeeming the prize must be one and the same, and will be considered the sole and exclusive winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. Failure to comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for award. All prize winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes as well as any additional expenses incurred with use of the prize. -Winner must be able to physically pick up their prize at a Roosters location.
