Mustard Seed Faith Luke 17:5-6

Ralph Nygard, Pastor

July 2, 2017

Welcome! Welcome to Eau Gallie First Baptist Church. Our vision is to reach our community by connecting people to the family of God. That includes you! Please take a moment to fill out your Connect Card and place it in the offering basket when it comes around during the service. If you are a guest, we invite you to pick up a "guest packet" in the front lobby or by the West Covered Entrance. Free Bibles are also available at the information desk! If you have kids, childcare is available in our preschool area for kids: birth-age 5. There is also a cry room available at the NE corner of the worship center. For kids grades 1-6, they are invited to "Energize" kids worship which dismisses during the Contemporary Service. Don't forget to pick them up after the service in the Youth Zone.

Dear Church family, Summer is a busy time for our church. This weekend we are sharing our Annual Freedom Celebration. If you didn’t get a chance to come to last night’s presentation, I hope you will make plans to come today at 4 PM. I am thankful for the hard work and preparation that has been done by over 80 participants. As American’s we have so much to be thankful for even in the midst of political discord and disunity among many of those in leadership in our government. Our children had a great week at Camp Winshape, hosted by Calvary Chapel in Viera. Winshape is a Camp that is Sponsored and run by the Chick-Fil-a organization. By all reports, all of the kids who attended had a great experience. Our Students also had a great week in Kentucky serving the community of Barbourville, the home of Union College. The 43 Students and leaders served at nursing homes, community centers and constructed obstacle courses for the American Cancer Society, while in the evenings had a great time in worship and fun activities. Many of our families are traveling during the summer months, and our attendance is lower. I am so thankful that many of our families give their tithes and offerings before leaving so that the ministries of the church can be supported. Let me ask you to consider giving online with a recurring gift so that you don’t have to worry about trying to remember to give when you are away. It is quick to sign up by visiting our church website at www.egfirst.org and clicking on the online giving button. Please be faithful in attendance when you are in town in order to be an encouragement to others. In June I began my 25th year as your pastor. I just wanted to say thank you for all the love and support you give to me as I serve the Lord through His church at Eau Gallie First Baptist Church. This is a great church with a heart for Jesus and a love for others. If I can ever do something to help you, please do not hesitate to call. Love in Christ,
