SUNDAY EVENING For the remainder of the summer, our Pastors will be leading the 6:00pm study in the library. Tonight, Pastor Dave will lead us in looking at Genesis 32, the account of re-naming of Jacob into Israel. God loved Jacob so much, he did not leave him as he was. If you are His child, God loves you enough to do the same. Following the study each night, we'll seek God, our refuge and strength, in prayer.

GRACE SCHOLARSHIPS Any student who attends Grace and is enrolled in an accredited college/university is eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applications for the fall 2018 semester must be submitted by July 15th. Scholarships are supported through Sunday School offerings, gifts, and designated offerings. Applications are available at the information desk. To give to this program, please mark your contribution, Scholarship Fund.

REPURPOSED (over 40 singles) ⁘⁘It’s that time again, a picnic at Spanky’s! On Saturday, July 21st, you are invited to Mike Dragoo’s “shed” for a picnic. Meat, beverages and desserts provided. Sign up at the kiosk today before you leave church, and let us know if you can bring salads, vegetables or chips/snacks. Direction are at the kiosk. Picnic begins at 4:30pm. ⁘⁘Sign up has begun for the 4th Annual RePurposed Single’s Retreat, September 30th to October 2nd. This year, we are returning to the beautiful Lied Lodge & Conference Center in Nebraska City, NE. Our theme is “Open Doors”. Only 8 open reservations, sign up soon.

VETERANS DAY OF HONOR All veterans are encouraged to sign up at the information desk to join us for a special event that honors veterans. The event will be at Grace Evangelical Church on Sunday, July 29th at 2:30pm in the sanctuary. There will be a video of the war memorials in Washington DC and you will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for Service. You may bring as many family members as you wish to the presentation.

PUTTUR INDIA MISSION TRIP December 26, 2018 to January 6, 2019. Sign up at the information desk.

HAITI MISSION TRIP We have a team traveling to Haiti to hand out water filters on July 13th and returning July 19th. Please keep this team and their families in prayer.

HONDURAS MISSION TRIP ReSet is currently in Honduras working with AFE and Trash Mountain. Please keep our youth and their families in prayer. They will be traveling home on July 12th and 13th.

MOONLIGHT 5K RUN/WALK Come out to the Maple Leaf Parkway on Friday, August 3rd at 9:00pm and participate in our benefit to help Catholic Charities, Mom’s Empowerment Program. This program helps families become self-sufficient and learn how to support their family by developing a plan for their future. You can be a corporate sponsor, run or walk, or volunteer to make this event a success. Stop by the information desk for a sponsor sheet, brochure and more information. We are asking for donations of water and Gatorade for the 5K.

MARRIAGE GETAWAY RETREATS Fall - October 1-5 at Still Waters Resort in Branson MO Cost $485 per couple (includes the Branson Belle and Sampson); Does not include – transportation, other meals, activities; Register with $200 deposit by July 22.
