Wednesday Overview: Dynamic warm-up, body-weight exercises, light weights and TRX. By popular demand, the final 60 minutes are dedicated to boxing training with Dante.

Build fitness while doing a fun variety of activities including: boxing, martial arts, obstacle courses, strength training, games, cycling and rowing. With periodic nutrition discussions. HIGH INTENSITY TRACK Begins June 19th Mon, Wed, & Fridays | 4:00-5:45pm | with Tinu Mishra For athletes and those looking to come back fit and ready in the fall. Ages 13-17. Features rigorous training to build a combination of power, speed and endurance for your sport of choice. (Rowers, cross country runners, track athletes, soccer players, cyclists, basketball players and volleyball players, et al.) Periodic testing will be done so athletes get an objective view of their fitness progression. Periodic discussions on nutrition and other topics of interest.
