Limited Warranty SERGIO Sinkware is warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials on purchase for 25 years in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge before installation. Upon installation the following warranty applies: 1.0 LIMITED WARRANTY SERGIO Sinkware is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of installation. Our experience has shown that any manufacturing defect will become noticeable during this period. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty where the sink has been used for abnormal purposes, or improperly installed, or has damage from abuse such as heavy impact, dropped objects or otherwise. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential damage. If there is any difference in polish finishing visible to the eye beyond one meter or welding/grinding defects, do not install. For domestic kitchen and laundry use. SERGIO Tapware is warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials on purchase for 5 years, from date of purchase. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge before installation. Upon installation the following warranty applies: 1.0 LIMITED WARRANTY SERGIO Tapware is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase. Our experience has shown that any manufacturing defect will become noticeable during this period. The pull-out spray parts of the EGO SPRAY and YOURKE taps have a two year warranty. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty where the tap has been used for abnormal purposes, or improperly installed, or has damage from abuse such as heavy impact, dropped objects or otherwise. The Cabro Group Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential damage. If there is any difference in polish finishing visible to the eye beyond one meter or welding/grinding defects, do not install.
