All participants to be accredited should stay at the official hotel. Reservations at the official hotels have to be booked exclusively through the organizer by using the given reservation forms on a first come – first serve base. Other ways of making the hotel reservations will not be accepted, particularly through online booking platforms. Delegations are kindly requested not to have training sessions in the corridors of the official hotels. Hotel reservation & payment deadline:

Possible reservations of extra rooms after the hotel reservation deadline will be surcharged with an additional 10%. NO exceptions will be made. Delegates not accommodated via the organiser have to pay an accreditation fee of 100€ per person. If rooms are cancelled the organizer has the right to charge the participating delegation as follows: Cancellations Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge 29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% refund Less than 15 days: no refund Important: Injuries, visa problems or sickness are not valid reasons for cancellation of rooms. If rooms need to be cancelled please inform the organizer immediately. Cancellation of rooms cannot be made at check-in. In case of any damage to hotel property or competition venue caused by members of a delegation, their national federation will be charged by the organizing committee.
