The Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator will be responsible for providing support for CRM users, developing new initiatives, training and reports within Salesforce to improve business intelligence. They will assist the CRM Application Support Analysts in collating and identifying business requirements, issues and opportunities for systems and processes improvements. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, user representatives and project team to drive user adoption, training and engagement.

The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:            

Qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline. Minimum 2yrs experience as dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator Salesforce certified Administrator (ADM201 minimum) Ability to communicate in professional English both written and verbal Working knowledge of CRM and other business intelligence/analysis tools Experience as an analyst in marketing, sales or related field Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills or product support experience Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet research skills Strong numeracy and data analysis / interpretation skills including key performance measurement and return on investment (ROI) Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set priorities and deliver on time Highly developed communication and relationship management skills, including building working relationships, displaying qualities that encourage positive communication and trust. Ability to engage users, understand needs and deliver training to build confidence and skills of users

Position Description Title: Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator

Group Division Director of Sales Operations and Effectiveness

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

The Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator will be responsible for providing support for CRM users, developing new initiatives, training and reports within Salesforce to improve business intelligence. They will assist the CRM Application Support Analysts in collating and identifying business requirements, issues and opportunities for systems and processes improvements. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, user representatives and project team to drive user adoption, training and engagement.

Key Relationships:

This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Effectiveness, which will develop and maintain close professional relationships with; CRM Application Support Analysts, Global Recruitment Team members, Salesforce Champions, IT Managers, Marketing Directors, Business Unit Managers, offshore marketers and other Marketing professionals within Navitas.

Key Result Areas:  User Support  Provide support to the CRM related enquires or issues  Develop and generate reports and dashboards for group and business units on request  Design, document and deliver training to end users when appropriate  Maintain champion network across Navitas, work with champions to embed new processes  Assist with change management to ensure changes are introduced and well received by users Analytical  Lead analysis of CRM requirements, identifying operational and system issues and opportunities for the refinement of systems and processes  Work with key stakeholders, user representative’s team to define CRM strategies and initiatives.  Seek a clear understanding of assigned tasks and pro-actively research, gather information and apply  Apply analytical skills to CRM data and requirements, to recommend, design and implement improved and standardised business processes

Technical  Analyse data and system environment to identify defects, improve data quality and streamline system for better usage experience  Collaborate with the CRM Technical team to develop and implement enhancements to the CRM Package  Documentation  Assist in the documentation of requirements and business processes for CRM projects  Contributes to the development and maintenance of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable user uptake  Updates resource centres with the latest version and updates from new system and process changes. Relationships  Build strong and ongoing relationships with relevant stakeholders so the benefits and values of CRM system and new initiatives are understood  Ensure positive changes in the business are instilled at all levels. Key Performance Indicators and Measurements  Support - The role requires high quality service, training and support to end users with solid knowledge and skills in CRM systems and processes.  Analytical - The role requires the ability to apply a range of analytical techniques suitable for the situations encountered.  Teamwork - The role will rely heavily on the ability to collaborate and take a variable role in a dynamic environment.  Relationship - Information gathering depends upon the ability to find the right person and build the appropriate relationship
