Admissions Manager Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Navitas, Permanent – Full Time Navitas is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs and language training. The Admissions Manager is expected to play a leadership role in facilitating the admission function for Navitas UK, working within the Navitas Admissions & Recruitment Centre (ARC) and working closely with all Navitas Business Units (BU) and their University Partners (UP) as appropriate, as well as the broader Admissions and Compliance teams and Navitas’ global network of Source Country Offices (SCOs). The Admissions Manager will work within the ARC to carry out the role of processing Navitas UK applications via a closely defined series of admissions and compliance systems and processes, as well as manage the CAS issuance process. The Admissions Manager will also be required to establish strong links with BU-based admissions team members in order to ensure that; applications are received and responded to in a timely manner, applications are assessed accurately and that offers to study are distributed in a timely manner, where appropriate cases are referred to the relevant BU for further assessment and that applications are handled in accordance with compliance related protocols. Overview of the Position: The Admissions Manager is expected to play a leadership role in facilitating the admission function for Navitas UK, working within the Navitas Admissions & Recruitment Centre (ARC) and working closely with all Navitas Business Units (BU) and their University Partners (UP) as appropriate, as well as the broader Admissions and Compliance teams and Navitas’ global network of Source Country Offices (SCOs). The Admissions Manager will work within the ARC to carry out the role of processing Navitas UK applications via a closely defined series of admissions and compliance systems and processes, as well as manage the CAS issuance process. The Admissions Manager will also be required to establish strong links with BU-based admissions team members in order to ensure that; applications are received and responded to in a timely manner, applications are assessed accurately and that offers to study are distributed in a timely manner, where appropriate cases are referred to the relevant BU for further assessment and that applications are handled in accordance with compliance related protocols. The Admissions Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Admissions Officers, and supporting the Head of Admissions with people matters as required. They will be expected to provide guidance, mentoring and support to those team members, as well as assuming accountability for the team’s performance versus KPIs and Service Level Agreements. The Admissions Manager will be expected to assume responsibility for a geographical region, but also be able to work effectively within a cross-functional centralised team environment. They will be a key point of contact for SCO team members and will be expected to work closely with them on application issues, complaint handling and regionally-focused resource planning.

Key Duties/Result Areas:

Application Processing and Offer Issuance  Manage and provide support and guidance to a team of Admissions Officers  Receive new applications to study at Navitas colleges and assess for completeness  Proactively seek missing information if required  Review and assess complete applications, against a series of entry criteria  Issue offers to prospective students, and/or refer and manage borderline cases to BUs  Support visa documentation and verification processes  Perform tasks related to pre-CAS issuance  Contribute, as necessary, to the aligning and streamlining system interaction between the BU, UP and CoE  Handle enquiries from conversion staff within the ARC  Develop excellent BU and SCO engagement, via connections and working relationships with BU admissions and compliance teams  Responsible for the day-to-day management of student records, liaising with the BU and SCO staff to ensure that records are kept up to date, utilising the Navitas CRM System (Salesforce)

Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Issuance  Oversee and manage the preparation of documents required in order to issue a CAS statement

Training  Ensure that the team of Admissions Officers are developing and maintaining a strong, accurate and up to date knowledge base of all Navitas products and colleges  Provide admissions and process-related training to SCO staff

Be aware of regulatory changes Contribute to the alignment of ARC recruitment and admissions strategy with the BUs Contribute to the development of application, recruitment and enrolment targets Resolve complex issues on an as-need basis Prepare and present regular reports on admissions issues and trends inclusive of recommendations Carry out duties as may be required by the Head of Admissions and the Director of the ARC
