Before the due date, it is the vendor’s responsibility to check the MITN bid system for any Addendums that may have been issued. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Bay City at the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue, Room 204, Bay City, MI, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. All proposals will be publicly opened and received in at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 for the Customer Information System (CIS) RFQ #15-0910. The City of Bay City has absolutely reserved the right and prerogative to reject any or all proposals as well as to waive any irregularities and informalities.
