Rates start at only $25 per month (for a year commitment) for a business card size ad. Rate for a one-time ad is $40, and a three-month run is $35 per month. Relocation Package Ads You can provide us with a quantity of your printed promotional materials for us to include in all Relocation Packs given out at the Chamber. This is a hugely valuable opportunity for those interested in contacting new and relocating individuals and businesses. The cost is $85 per year, to be included in approximately 150 packages. Membership Labels – Exclusively for Your Use Interested in mailing your own information to Chamber members directly? You can purchase the current list on labels, sorted either alphabetically or by zip code. The cost is $40 per set of labels ($45 if it must be mailed). Washington County’s Annual Magazine Advertise in the Chamber’s award-winning annual magazine that features original photography, informative articles and community profile statistics in a full-color, glossy publication. Reach businesses, relocators and visitors with an ad in this high-quality magazine. Rates for the 2017 edition will be sent out to members in the third quarter of 2016. Marketing to Tourists, Visitors, Groups and Meeting Planners During the year, the Chamber’s Convention & Visitors Bureau staff contact members interested in cooperative marketing opportunities--such as the annual Visitor’s Guide, ads in Texas Highways and other magazines, and special promotions to group travelers and meeting/event planners. Please call if you are not already receiving these details and would like to be added to the “Tourism Partners” list. Event Sponsorships There are several opportunities each year for you to sponsor or co-sponsor events, seminars, networking events and other special programs, including: - Chamber & EDF Annual Banquet – Feb 2nd, Headline Sponsorships are available with huge recognition and publicity. - Admin Pros Day – April 27, luncheon with motivational speaker, great way to recognize and reward key employees. - Small Business Forum –June 1st, Sponsorships are $1800, Business of the Year Awards are presented at this event. - Business After Hours – held monthly, $750 or $500 hosting fee (depends on options), host site provides refreshments. - “Tailgate Party” – August 25, several exciting sponsorship levels, details are sent out in June. - Leadership Washington County – program runs August–May with monthly lunch sponsorship opportunities ($250). - Networking Breakfasts – held quarterly with host site sponsors ($200) and breakfast/food sponsors ($150).
