Ribbon Cutting
The most exciting time for a business is when you are open for business! Chambers are the go to organization for an experienced ribbon cutting event. This chamber alone averages 30 per year making your opening high profile. The amount of press and exposure you receive from a ribbon cutting is second to none. We add you to our high exposure calendar, email our contacts, engage our board and ambassadors, help arrange dignitaries, send photos and press releases following. Doing it right does have costs. We request a minimal fee for a ribbon cutting if it is not included in your level of membership. We allow for one ribbon cutting event in your membership at this rate and base level. We will rebate the amount on your renewal invoice. Please allow ample time to schedule your ribbon cutting for maximum exposure and attendance. Attendance varies but the online and reach of our publicity contacts is always extensive, including our own public reach.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES Event Promotion Getting the word out about your event is key for a successful outcome. The Chamber knows how important event exposure is since we have over 100 events, meetings and similar gathering each year! We’ve invested in the best software in the chamber industry for this reason. The Chamber is one of the, if not the, highest viewed event calendars in the region. As a member, you have “back end” access to the chamber’s calendar with your individual login and password where you can add events. Events should be of community and member interest—sales events are not included in the event calendar, however, you can add those to the Hot Deals tab. Your information is automatically populated saving you time. Login here. You can add details (required) images, dates, times, locations and other important information. You can even do this through your chamber app.

No charge for you to add to Chamber site. Fill it up as we work hard to have yours listing tops in the parish. We’ll boost the listing on social media at a strategic time so further reach.
