After opening ceremonies troops will be heading out on the trail to the morning stations. Patrols will be working on various challenges. Each Patrol will receive an envelope with their instructions for the first leg of the race. After completing the first challenge they will receive an envelope with instructions for the next leg of the race and so on. After lunch, Patrols will work their way back to camp doing the afternoon challenges. 5:30-6:30 to cook dinner and the Iron Chef competition to be judged. 8:00 Central camp fire, songs and skits welcome. Sunday 8:00am closing ceremony and awards.

Lunch Lunch will be on the trail at a central location in Dogtown so plan a good backpacking meal, hot or cold.

On The Trail The trail will take place throughout Dog town. The stations will consist of skills and a number of interesting activities. Each patrol will be timed at the station, not on the trail while hiking. Each patrol will be able to choose from a 5, 7, or 10 mile hike. In the past some troops used this to prep for Philmont or another high adventure.

Station Details The details on individual stations that are currently planned should not require any special equipment. These details will be supplied when you reach the stations.
