Deposit Payment A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 per participant (including paying Coaches and Advisors registering for an Overnight, Day or Specialty Camp) is due upon registration. Space will not be held unless deposit is received at the AmeriCheer Corporate Office for Cheer Camps. Registration Deadline The registration deadline for Overnight, Specialty and Day Camps is 21 Days (3 weeks prior) to the start of camp. The final balance is due no later than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the start of camp. Late Registrations Late registrations will be accepted on a space available basis. Call the AmeriCheer Corporate Office to check about availability if registering late. Late registrations made within 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the determined camp start date need to be paid in FULL upon registration. To accelerate the registration process, send a certified check along with registration. Student Camp Tuition Overnight, Day, and Specialty Camp student tuition for each camp is listed on the Camp listings pages. Overnight & Specialty Camps – Students are considered Overnight camp participants if they will be residing at the Camp Location during the event. Overnight Student Tuition includes instruction, materials, housing, and all meals. Students are considered Commuters if they will be commuting to and from the Camp Location each day. Commuter Student Tuition includes instruction, materials, lunch and dinner unless otherwise noted. Splash Camps – These rates can be found on the specialty camp listings page. Resident Coach and Advisor Tuition includes instruction, housing, all meals, and 2-Day Water Park Pass. Commuter Coach and Advisor Tuition includes instruction, lunch and dinner and a 2-Day Water Park pass. Commuters Only applicable if school falls within a 30 mile radius. Day Camps – Those attending a Day Camp, student tuition includes instruction only. No meals are provided. Coach/Advisor Camp Tuition All squads must have an adult present at all times during camp. Splash Camps – Coaches and Advisors will receive discounted rates for attending Splash Camp at Kalahari Indoor Water Park. These rates can be found on the specialty camp listings page. Resident Coach and Advisor Tuition includes housing, all meals, 2-Day Water Park Pass and the EAU Coaches Program. Commuter Coach and Advisor Tuition includes EAU Coaches Program, lunch and dinner, and a 2-Day Water Park pass. Commuters Only applicable if school falls within a 30 mile radius. Overnight Camps & Specialty Camps – Each organization’s Coach/Advisor will attend for free. In addition to that incentive, for every 18 overnight campers registered, one Coach/Advisor will attend free. Overnight Camp Coach and Advisor Tuition includes housing, meals and the EAU Coaches Program. Overnight Commuter Coach and Advisor Tuition includes EAU Coaches Program, lunch and dinner only Day Camps- for Day Camps all coaches attend free. All Coaches and Advisors will receive the EAU Coaches Program. Cancellations and Refunds For a refund, less the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, notice of cancellation must be made in writing and received in the AmeriCheer office no later than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to your camp date for Overnight, Day and Specialty Camps. No refunds will be given after these deadlines for the following: no -shows and camps interrupted due to injury, illness or disciplinary reasons. Participants and Coaches who join camp late or who leave camp early will not receive partial refunds. All cancellations must be made in writing. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Notice may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to [email protected] All cancellations or refunds must be requested by the Coach/Advisor. Phone cancellations and cancellations made by participants or parents will NOT be accepted. Cancellations must be received from the Coach/Advisor. Requests for refunds must be requested within 21 days (3 weeks) of your camp ending date. Approved refunds will be processed after September 15, 2013. Adjustments to Registration No adjustments to your Registration will be accepted 21 days prior to your camp date. All adjustments must be in writing from team’s Coach/Advisor and received in the AmeriCheer office at least 21 days (3 weeks) in advance. Decreases and increases in the number of participants attending camp will ONLY be accepted 21 days (3 weeks) of the camp dates. Additional fees may be assessed based on the circumstances. A decreased number of participants will not alter the invoice within 21 days (3weeks) of scheduled camp date.
