PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Dulux 3 in 1 is a water-based, high quality acrylic emulsion paint for decoration and protection of walls and ceilings and other surfaces like particle board, fiber insulation board etc. Dulux 3 in 1 powered by SmartecTM has a unique latex film that keeps walls looking always new. PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Dulux 3 in 1 is specially formulated to give three unique properties to interior surfaces.    

Theoretical Coverage: Up to 225 sq ft/liter for one coat (However this can vary depending upon surface nature and surface preparation) Pack Size: Available in 1& 5 liters APPLICATION RELATED INFORMATION:

Before application, read the safety, health and environmental information and the precautions given below. Application Tool: Suitable for application by brush and roller. Surface Preparation:  New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly (at least 03 months).  Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax etc. before application  All surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off.  Suitable remedial measures should be taken in case of water seepage/leakage problems.  Fungus affected areas need separate treatment. Fill cracks & surface defects with Dulux Flexible filler or Glidden Precoat. Seal powdery surface with Dulux Masonry Sealer. If stains are present apply a coat of Dulux Alkali Resisting Primer and allow to dry for 24 hours before painting. Prime new walls (less than 03 months) with one coat of Dulux Speed Prime and Seal. The Wall should be at least 02 weeks old. Dilution: Four parts of paints to 01 part of water. Finishing:  Stir thoroughly before use.  Apply 2 coats of Dulux 3 in 1 Stay Clean Emulsion with minimum 4 hours interval between the coats. Normally two coats of paint are sufficient for opacity and desired finish.  However an extra coat of Dulux 3 in 1 Stay Clean Emulsion is recommended where colour change required. Drying Time: 2

 Touch Dry: 30 minutes.  Recoat: 4 hours. Drying time may vary according to temperature and humidity. For instance, drying time will be significantly longer in cool and damp conditions.

POST APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: For best performance of the paint, ensure proper washing and cleaning at regular intervals of six months. How To Remove Stains: Stains such as tea, coffee, ketchup, lead pencil, sketch pen, lipstick, fruit juice, hand stains and body grime can be removed with a clean rag/sponge soaked in approximately 5% detergent solution (5 gm of solid detergent in 100 ml water). Liquid detergents can be used directly. Ensure that the detergent does not contain bleaching agents to avoid discoloration of the painted wall. Writing ink marks can also be removed with detergent solution. However, best results are achieved with a clean rag soaked in white spirit or mineral turpentine oil. Light waterborne stains of masala powder and curries etc. can be removed with a rag soaked in detergent solution. However, oil-borne stains of masala, turmeric and curries may be difficult to remove completely.   

Stains are easier to remove if the wall surface is smooth Stains are easier to remove when fresh. May not be completely removable after 7 to 10 days. After cleaning the stains, wipe off a clean dry cloth while the surface is still wet.
