The following are updates deployed in QMS Lite™: Invite Users We have added a new tab in the My Account Section called Invite Users, where a QMS Lite admin can send a user invite through email notification. Login as an Admin and navigate to your “My Account” section and click the “Invite Users” tab. Enter the email address in the “Email Address” field and hit enter or tab, you can enter multiple email address. You can also define a “Markup Flat” or “Percentage” for that user for every rate they search in the system. Any important notes you would like to add into the email body, please enter it on the “Comments” box and click on “Send Invitation”

If the recipient wishes to register and activate their QMS Lite account they can click the link in the email and fill out the User Information and Login Information. Once this is finished, Click “Register” to complete the process.

Multi-Lane Rate Search We added a feature in the Rate Finder tab when searching for Rates in the QMS Lite system. This feature allows the users to search for Multi-Lanes. To search for multi-lane rates in the system, user needs to click the “Add more O/D pairs” Button.

A pop-up window will appear where you can define the lanes you would to search in the system. It defaults to three fields for the lanes, if needed to add more just click the “Add more OD Pairs” once completed. Then click on “Find Rates”.
