ANNUAL BUTANO 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION 2019 All Butano Canyon residents are welcome!

Friday July 5th:

7pm - Meet at the pool. Scavenger hunt for kids of all ages! Butano Country Club provides hot dogs, s’mores, beer and wine. Please bring an appetizer to share! Stake your spot out Friday evening or Saturday morning for the Saturday Celebration.

Saturday July 6th:

9:30am: Help Decorate the pool area , set up for event.come join the fun! 12pm Noon: Celebration begins !Music, Picnic / BBQ / Potluck for all! Redwood Avenue to bring desserts to share. Madrone Avenue to bring salads to share. Bring something to throw on the BBQ, grill will be ready by noon! A variety of beverages will be available for sale. 1:30-2:15pm: Kids and Teen Raffle 2:15pm-3:15pm: Adult raffle begins 3:30pm: Silent auction ends PLEASE BRING A DONATION.(we are asking every family to donate at least one item for raffle, silent auction or both) 4:30pm: Killer volleyball: Redwood vs Madrone and more! 7:30pm: Bingo and Prizes!

Sunday July 7th:

7:30pm - Movie night: Cartoons! 8:15pm - Movie night: To Be Determined * Sign up sheets to volunteer for everything from set up to clean up will be posted at the pool, the gate, and at ButanoCountryClub.com. PLEASE PITCH IN AND VOLUNTEER!
