AG-90 Anti-Galling/Anti-Seizing Lubricant H1 Food Grade AG-90 is an extreme pressure rated Anti Galling Anti Seizing Lubricant. AG-90 is a specially formulated lubricant which prevents Galling/Seizing and subsequent snapping of Stainless Steel Fasteners and Fixings. This is sometime referred to in the fastener industry as Cold Welding. Seizing and/or Galling is a type of metal-to-metal contact during fastener tightening that tears out portions of metal surfaces when pressure builds up. AG-90 will prevent this type of seizing. Heat caused from this friction can further enhance seizing AG-90 reduces the friction and wear. AG-90 is suitable for Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Aluminium Fasteners. Pre apply AG-90 Anti-seize Lubricant before tightening to prevent threads seizing.
