Instructors DAVID L. COOPERRIDER, PH.D. // David is the Fairmount Santrol Professor of Appreciative Inquiry and professor of organizational behavior, Case Western Reserve University, and the honorary Chair of the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College. As a co-originator of AI, his work has created a positive revolution in the field of change; it helps institutions all over the world discover the power of the strengths-based approaches to multistakeholder innovation and sustainable design. He is the co-author of several books, including the "Appreciative Inquiry Handbook" and "Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change." His work has been covered in The New York Times, Fast Company, Human Resource Executive magazine, and Training magazine. In addition, he consults for organizations such as American Express, BP and the U.S. Navy. LINDSEY N. GODWIN, PH.D. // Lindsey is an associate professor of management at Champlain College's Robert P. Stiller School of Business, where she also serves as the academic director for the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry. As a practitioner-scholar,

she is engaged in the global Appreciative Inquiry community, having served as the chair for the last several world conferences for AI. Her work has been published in a variety of outlets, including the Journal of Business Ethics, the Oxford Handbook of Positive Organizational Scholarship, the AI Practitioner Journal, and Advances in Appreciative Inquiry. With a passion for helping organizations leverage their potential through strength-based change, Lindsey has helped organize and facilitate Appreciative Inquiry processes with a variety of organizations around the world. PRU SULLIVAN // Pru is the Practitioner-in-Residence at the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, having recently retired as the Director of Continuous Learning at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. In her role at Keurig, Pru was responsible for weaving a strengths-based approach into the fabric of Keurig Green Mountain. From onboarding new employees, to new product development, to team member career development, appreciative strengt–based change has been embedded into organizational practices. As an active volunteer in the community, Pru has focused her volunteer efforts in bringing Appreciative Inquiry to non-profit organizations. She leads strengths-based strategic planning for organizations like Vermont End Child Abuse, and strengths-based leadership development at the Leahy ECHO Center.
