REACH HIGHER SUMMIT 2017

April 26 & 27

IDEA IN 2022 100,000 Students • 173 Schools • 10 Regions • 100% College Matriculation. IDEA will be one of America’s 30 largest school districts by 2022. It’s striving to be among the best. What does it take for a thriving public schools network to continue to improve student outcomes as it grows rapidly? How can civic, education, and philanthropic leaders support quality school options for all families in their region?

Join us as we learn what’s working in our schools, visit classrooms in action, and participate in IDEA’s signature celebration of student achievement, College Signing Day.

Tracks

IDEA in Action

Participants in the IDEA in Action Track will spend time on an IDEA campus and see with their own eyes how our schools operate. Participants will tour a campus and engage with students, teachers, school leaders, and staff throughout.

How IDEA Works

Higher Education Partners

Participants in the How IDEA Works Track will learn more about IDEA’s model, challenges, growth and results. Sessions are structured for participants to engage with principals, program managers, and IDEA leadership.

Participants in the Higher Education Partners Track will learn how IDEA prepares 100% of its students to matriculate to and through college. Participants will learn about the range of services IDEA seniors experience from college counseling to curriculum to ensure they are well matched and well prepared for the next phase of their educational career.

Operations

Participants in the Operations Track will see IDEA School Operations in action. From the child nutrition program to transportation management, attendance and financial management procedures. These sessions will be a platform focused on building expertise, sharing best practices, and increasing collaboration in the realm of school operations. *Reserved for Charter School Growth Fund Profile Members Only
