Art and Design Gray’s School of Art is a highly acclaimed UK art school. First Year entry ICRGU offers first year entry to the highly acclaimed Art and Design courses at Robert Gordon University. Students will commence the first year of the course in the supportive, on–campus environment of ICRGU, studying modules developed alongside Gray’s School of Art. Students will benefit from the additional learning and communication skills support, smaller class sizes and extra face to face time with lecturing staff. After completion, and meeting the minimum pass mark, ICRGU students will be guaranteed progression into their second year at Gray’s School of Art at Robert Gordon University. Students joining ICRGU will also have the choice of either a standard or an extended Year 1 (three semesters). The extended programme gives students the option to design their own portfolio.

Award-winning graduates Gray’s School of Art has a history of producing high calibre graduates with many of them going on to claim top awards such as a BAFTA award for music video and also the prestigious Florence Scholarships. Two of Gray’s students also won four British Council International up–cycling design awards in Shanghai 2015. Graduates have gone on to be successful in a range of roles including 3D Visualiser, Design Manager, Fashion Designer, Lead Illustrator, Promotions Executive and Textiles Designer.

Annual showcase Gray’s hosts a yearly art show, sponsored by BP. The show is an annual highlight in the arts calendar, showcasing the work of their graduating students. Many of the graduates have gone on to become leading names in art and design, so the show is a great opportunity to view the work of tomorrow’s creative stars.
