Artsmark Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions Intro Trinity College London (‘Trinity’) is a company (Company Registration No. 02683033) and a charity (Charity No. 1014792) whose registered UK office is at 10th Floor, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 2LX. Trinity runs this competition in furtherance of its charitable aims. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Amazon. By entering into this competition you agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully, print and keep a paper/electronic copy for your records.

How to participate ‘Like’ us on Facebook and then post your photo of Mark (the Artsmark mascot) at a cultural event on the Artsmark timeline. If you already ‘Like’ us, then you just need to post your photo. All photos will be uploaded by the Artsmark admin team onto the ‘Mark’s cultural summer’ photo album.

Start date and closing date The competition opens at 2pm on 24 July 2014 and closes at 5.00pm on Monday 1 September 2014.

Prizes There is one prize available for the photo with the most ‘Likes’ by 1 September 2014. The winner of the competition will win £50 Amazon vouchers.

Restrictions This competition is open to everyone except employees or family members of employees of Trinity College London.

How and when will the winners be notified? The winners will be notified via a Facebook message the week following the closing date. Therefore all entrants must ‘Like’ the Artsmark Facebook page to be eligible to win and be contacted by Artsmark.

How and when will information about the winner and results will be made available? Once the winners have been notified by a Facebook message in the week following the closing date, the winner’s first name will be published on our website, and on other social media channels. By entering, you consent that Trinity can announce you as a winner on their Facebook page(s), website and other social media channels. If you are under the age of 16, please check with your parent/carer prior to entering our competition that they are happy for your name to be published by Trinity College London should you be a winner.

How will your entry be used after the competition? By entering this competition you acknowledge and agree that Trinity can publish and share your photos for marketing activities and on other digital platforms such as its website, Twitter and blog.
