Navitas is seeking to employ an experienced Assistant Director, Marketing and Admissions to join our growing North American team in Boca Raton FL. The Assistant Director, Marketing and Admissions will oversee the Marketing, recruitment and admissions activities at Navitas at Florida Atlantic University, including (1) coordinating and supervising the activities of all marketing and admissions personnel assigned to FAU; (2) assisting in the development of market strategy and planning; and (3) performing market research and other related domestic marketing activities. The AMD will assist in the budgeting and support activities key to the team performance goals and is responsible for achieving new student targets, increasing conversion rates and partner and internal/external recruitment team satisfaction. The AMD may attend leadership meetings both with both internal (Navitas) and external (Florida Atlantic University). Key assumptions are that the incumbent will provide exceptional services, recognize employees for successful work and areas of opportunities, make sound economic decisions, and build an environment conducive to positive thinking, growth and expansion and creativity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve new student targets for Navitas FAU through strategic marketing, admissions, recruitment. Marketing In consultation with the Director of Recruitment USA and Executive Director FAU   

Monitor marketing personnel’s progress toward obtaining company and personal goals (KPIs). Perform semi-annual and annual reviews of marketing personnel through use of Success Factors or other system established by the company for such purposes. Act as coach and trainer to marketing personnel to ensure the highest performance possible

Market Strategy and Planning In consultation with the Director of Recruitment USA 

Develop annual international marketing plans (including objectives, actions and budget) as designated by Director of Recruitment USA based on market analysis, research and marketing indicators. o Recruitment initiatives:  Implement international marketing plans including but not limited to, overseas exhibitions, seminars, agent visits, interview programs and direct marketing initiatives, as required.

Participate in the development of product literature and other sales support materials and assists dealer/distributor advertising efforts.  Prepare country specific advertising, promotional and editorial material, e.g. fliers, posters, banners.  Organize and supervise displays, exhibitions, sponsorship and general initiatives to increase public recognition.  Participate in exhibitions, seminars, interview programs, school visits and other such initiatives.  Utilize inquiry management system to maximize recruitment strategy and conversion.  Plan and coordinate direct marketing initiatives, including the provision of feedback and input into general e-marketing strategy including country specific content within the Navitas BU website. Market development:  Develop sales leads and new business opportunities with existing clients.  Develop a level of market awareness which results in new recruitment relationships / other marketing opportunities.  Implement new promotional initiatives, both direct and agency based that result in new prospects, including, but not limited to, using Salesforce, Marketo, and other similar software products Navitas implements, to their full capacities.  Participate in the development of sales policy, recommending product line revisions as well as pricing changes. Management of designated country budget:  Develop and manage country marketing budgets for designated markets, including the control of expenses.  Analyze sales forecasts, performance and budgets to ensure that the company’s products/services are marketed within approved company policy and procedures to obtain maximum profitability.  Review and evaluate effectiveness and ROI of all recruitment initiatives. 

Market Research In consultation with the USA Director of Recruitment  Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts for use in strategic planning. o Relationship management and customer service:  Ensure that service provided to all stakeholders is the best possible, professional and in line with Navitas guidelines.  Establish and maintain effective relationships with other Navitas marketing staff, as well as other key stakeholders.  Promote effective, positive relations with all recruitment partners and maintain close contact with major accounts.  Arrange support and services as appropriate for all agencies so that effective recruitment and good relations will prosper.  Maintain effective relations with BU staff to ensure that customer service is maximized. o Policy and procedure:  Implement international marketing plans within the Navitas USA / BU policy frameworks.  Monitor recruiter compliance with company contractual procedures.  Manage and assess recruitment agreements, within designated markets in cooperation with the Marketing Director and with Navitas, where relevant, including annual recruiter performance and contract review.

Admissions      Other

Solve admissions related dilemmas and provide opportunities for success for students and FAU Understand and serve as the authority on admissions/credential related queries for FAU to central admissions groups Carry out detailed follow up plans for students in pipeline Ensure conversion strategies are being carried out and manage timing of service levels to agency partners, direct students and university partnership Weekly admissions updates to leadership with action plans on performance by country of recruitment and staff division of labor

In consultation with the USA Director of Recruitment  

Prepare regular/ad hoc reports for the Executive Director, President of North America, Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment and/or Director of Recruitment USA. Perform other duties as required by the BU Executive Director and/or Director of Recruitment USA.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business, education or related discipline together with sales experience • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Prior supervisory experience (minimum 2 years), preferably in a sales/recruitment environment, or strong evidence of the capability to supervise staff to obtain desired outcomes • Exceptional customer service and student-centered philosophy critical to the position • Knowledge of US university marketing and admissions for both undergraduate and graduate international students • Proven ability to initiate and implement sales strategies, which have significantly contributed to business growth • Experience working in a multicultural environment • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • High degree of computer literacy with CRM experience • Legal right to work in USA • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and locally • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a background check Desirable Skills • Strong skills in a language other than English • Prior professional work experience in an educational environment • Firm understanding of the US college sector • Prior experience with e-marketing What We Offer Navitas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
