This newly created opportunity at Navitas will establish a high performing international office for our Careers & Industry divisions. You will lead a team of international sales professionals, focusing on driving student recruitment and admissions. You will develop multiple business partnerships in the education sector and provide guidance with policy and procedures to deliver an outstanding student experience and best practice.
The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
Vast experience in international education sales, marketing and/or admissions Previous success in negotiating commercial partnerships with educational institutes highly desirable Successful track record in managing and leading sales teams Strong knowledge of the Higher Education Sector Practiced understanding of international student admissions policies and procedures, as well as government legislation related to international students Ability to develop and implement strategies and operational plans for commercial success Exposure and appreciation to a broad range of cultures and business practices Salesforce experience will be advantageous Willingness to travel overseas
