Equipment rental prices are per day. There is a minimum rental period of one day on all equipment. A 22% Service Charge will be added to all standard equipment rentals for set-up and dismantle, plus applicable sales tax. This is a partial listing of our inventory and services. Please call for details about any additional or specialized needs. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to 50% of the rental amount. Charges will be added to the Master Account unless advance arrangements are made. All rooms will be set at least 1 hour prior to the meeting start time. Please notify your AV representative if you require your room to be ready by a specific time, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rehearsals must be scheduled with 3 days advance notice, and are subject to equipment and room availability.
