Includes 6' tripod screen, 3,600 lumen projector, 25' power cord and strip. 8' Screen Data Package $350 For meeting rooms: Harbors Edge, Prescott, one section of the Ballroom, up to 1,500 Sq. Ft. Includes 8' screen, 5,000 lumen projector, 25' power cord and strip, and on-site technical assistance; set-up and tear down. 10' Screen Data Package $550 For the Ballroom, up to 3,000 Sq. Ft. Includes 10' cradle screen, 7,000 lumen projector, 25' power cord and strip, and on-site technical assistance; set-up and tear down.
