* An optional class to ensure your student is confident in his/her Hebrew reading skills. ** Mentoring includes 8 half hour meetings with a Cantorial tutor, arranged at the convenience of the family. *** Each student has two meetings with the officiating Cantor, and two with the officiating Rabbi, to review the service, write the student’s Dvar Torah (speech), and practice from the bima. **** Please plan to attend 5 of these 7 dates. THIS CLASS WILL ONLY MEET AT 4:30-5:30 PM on Wednesdays. NOTE: If a student is going to be gone over the summer, it would be ideal to start them a cohort early. For example, a Feb/Mar 2020 student who will be gone in June/July should begin Hebrew Boot Camp in January with the Dec/Jan 2019 students.
